Hey guys,

I'm pretty new to modding but I have something i really like to have in my game. Is there an already knowing way to make a "normal" car getting a police car?

So I'm a fan of the unmarked/undercover shit but the original cars are kinda boring. I'd like to have the "Übermacht Oracle" as an unmarked police cruiser. But it needs to be a real police car, so the people also move/stop when I turn on my emergency signals.

Besides this, another question, when I want to change the e.g. police1 color, do i only have to change the .png files in police1.ypt?

Having this on the roof isn't possible, when I understood the forum right?!

I'm thankfull for every answer.

I've been looking to do similar. I know you can copy/paste existing cars, edit a config file to designate sirens and such but you'd have to create a whole new model for that light. I know it's possible in Zmodeler3 but that program isn't cheap and I'm currently looking for an alternative. Found this for ya'. Now you have to use Zmodeler3 to convert it for GTA V, it to the car model, and then edit the vehicle config files like in my last post.

that's perfect. But how can i convert this one into a gtaV zmod3 file? Zmod3 can't open the .wtf file

There are some tutorials around that talk about it but I honestly don't know, I don't even have Zmod3 because I don't want to pay that much. All I know is it's not a simple task.

To open a GTA IV .wft in Zmod3, you open it in Zmod2 and export it as a z3d.  As far as the actual conversion process, I'm still trying to figure that out. I know how to convert cars, but accessories seem to be a different situation. Unless I'm overthinking it.
