GTA V - Out of Game Memory

every time I start GTA V, it crashes and says "out of game memory, please reboot and restart the game". HELP ME PLEASE!

I have been having this issue lately also. Some times its caused when I put a vehicle mod into the wrong folder. I have a 500GB HDD but only have H1z1 sony veg 12 and a few other smaller things on my PC but the biggest is 3 GTA 5 Copies. 1 fully original no mods, 2nd one with LSPDFR and few police mods not modded vehicles though and 3rd is one I would work on put a few mods on then save and delete the other modded one. Well when I have 3 GTA 5's on MY PC I get that error allot same when I screw something up while modded (e.g; skin modding/vehicle mods). I quit having the error when I only had 2 GTA 5s on my PC which left a couple hundred GBs left  so I feel like I almost have this issue worked out to what it is but am not 100% sure.

 

tl;dr

If you mod, make sure EVERYTHING from skins(Textures/liverys/decals) are fully installed correctly. Same with vehicle mods or any mod of that sort.

When I have 3 GTA 5 copies on my PC it seems to crash more than 2 because I am nearing my memory full point but not there yet like 100 GB away but still...R* and there setups..

It happens to me at random moments in the game, all vehicle mods appear to be installed correctly and functioning.
