The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I added a wepons loadout and also a police car through openiv and when i launched ragehook socialclub started to download files and says 3.0GB/ 5.04Gb so i guess it's replacing the files i used how do i stop this?

If you're using mods that alter data files use the openiv mods folder, this keeps your vanilla game files intact while still letting you use mods. (I would actually recommend this instead of overwriting game files)
