Please help me!This has been going on for 2 months! As soon as im done loading outta the station nothing works!

Everything works rageplugin works,and i tried reloading it and it still did not work! I need help please!! Ive been dieing to livestream content but i cant cause i cant even do pullovers or callouts No callouts

I'm assuming you mean LSPDFR (the mod for GTA V), since you mentioned RPH. LCPDFR is only for GTA IV.

Okay well here is the picture and alittle more detailed information

 

"Ive hade this problem for the past 2 months..Ive been trying to do traffic stops,callouts,stop pedestrians etc.Rage hook works it says callouts/lspdfr and other plugins loaded.But when i press shift behind a car it does not work i tried after multiple cars.My rage hook is ran as administrator.Lspdfr; i kept reinstalling AND IT STILL WILL NOT WORK.Please help me!! I don't know what the problem can possibly be i red everything! Th documentation the forums everything!But still cant do anything please help!!!I'm currently running on steam version.X64 i waited this long cause i thought it would be fixed.Thanks for whoever can help me!!

 

Ive also complety remove gta 5 and all the files and restarted everything and it still would not work.
