I saw in some of jeff favignano videos,that he edited audio from megaphone,like sir pull over on the side or something like that.

How can i edit it,or is there some already done one

There once was a ability to shout stuff from the megaphone when pulling someone over by pressing the horn. Does not work anymore for me.

There once was a ability to shout stuff from the megaphone when pulling someone over by pressing the horn. Does not work anymore for me.

It still works, but only with certain police peds. For example, if you use an LSSD cop, the megaphone works when smashing on the horn and pulling someone over.

Just as an FYI, Jeff recorded is own voice and edited it to add a megaphone effect.
