The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

If U are Using CalloutsV and MoreCallouts

They Are Loading Auto..

 

And I don't Know What About Another Plugins But You Can Load it From RPH Console If U Don't know its Loaded Or Not

    A way to get a list of running mods while in game is actually pretty simple.

    Open the console

    Type "recordperformance true"

    Then type "printperformance"

    It will list all RUNNING mods so make sure you load them all.

    It will also show you how long they took to process in ms.
