Does anyone know a traffic mod which increases the amount of peds/cars at day & AT NIGHT? I've used many like More Liberty, Realistic Traffic, but both of them don't have much peds/cars at night.

Traffic Load, you can edit how much more traffic you wan't by increasing the vehicle multiplier in the .ini, Suprisingly enough, It ALSO has a ped multiplier as well, Which I have cranked up to 4x the regular ped ammount, Great mod, Love it, very diverse traffic, Here is my .ini so you can see:

CustomDensity=1 //0 is false 1 is true

PedDensityMultiplier=400 //100 is default, 50 is half, 200 is double, etc. Value has no effect when CustomDensity is 0
