Ok so I keep seeing a few of the new skins on this old model police bike, and though they look good, they don't really fit the style of this bike, which is much more like this image below, than the BMW (older) or Harley Eletraglides (newer) that the CHP currently rides.  So to go with the packs coming out for SAHP immersion, could we get a bike skin that would fit the older model?

I've been editing the police bike myself a bit to make it more similar, I'm just waiting for a template to make a different skin for it so it'll be more resembled to the CHiPs bike so i can use in my SHiPs series.

Here's what I've done. I still need to remove most of the LEDs and if I can, change the two front flashers to a round style halo light.

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to have the modern bike with the front end flairing on the Harley Eletraglide but until that comes out, I would love to see the CHiPs style bike.

 

I love what you have done in the video.  I don't mind the LED lights on the bike, even though it is more modern they look good, better than the Steady Burn light anyway.

I don't really understand what you mean, but what I plan on doing is removing all of the LEDs and replacing the two front lights with rounded flashers and coronas. I don't believe I'd be able to recreate the steady burns, sadly, but we will have to make do.

Never mind my ramblings, appearently my lack of sleep is catching up to me, could have sworn there was a post about rather having the newer bikes than making a skin for this version, but appearently I was dreaming.  I look forward to your progress lucky, will be great to have an authentic looking bike.

CHP don't exist, buddy. SAHP will be coming soon.

Just so happens to be that the "SHiPs" are getting a new lineup of bikes later today. :^)
