downloading trouble and car ideas

okay i have been haveing trouble with the last thing i need 2 download but it wont download THE OTHER THING IS A POLICE CAR DESIGN BASED OFF OF WOODWARD OKLAHOMA BADGE IS GOLD CAR IS WHITE AND IT HAS A RED STRIPE ON THE SIDE BACK HAS POLICE IN BLACK HIGHLIGHTED WITH RED

What are you trying to say? We aren't a request forum for car mods. Try looking on GPM or youtube for vehicle mods, requests most likely won't be met here unless they are directly related to LCPDFR.

on the game i cantdownload it it is like windows i cant get so i think i am going 2 clear evey thing on there
