If you're experiencing problems with your Grand Theft Auto IV, particularly with LCPDFR you'd be best making a support thread in the appropriate section. You can use trainers to set the skin you are using to the skin of a cop, however it doesn't have any of the features such as arresting people, stopping vehicles and all that nice stuff. I'm not really sure what you mean, if you want to play as the police in Grand Theft Auto IV you need to have LCPDFR installed, trainers are used to change peds, spawn cars, repair cars and features like that. What you need to do to play as a cop is install this http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/4607-lcpd-first-response/ and then you can go in-game and use ALT + P (If I remember correctly) to start the modification up.
