The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I was wondering the same thing.. I can't wait for a Crown Vic to be released on GTA V and it looks like someone already succeeded.

    I think they do plan on releasing it soon. I think the current problem is getting the wheels and handling all figured out.
