LSPDFR crashes after installing RAGE Hook Plugin 0.22

Can someone help me?

I recently installed RAGE HOOK PLUGIN version 0.22 (latest). Then when I play LSPDFR it works fine, but when I do a callout the LSPDFR plugin crashes. It happend to me with any callout and when I do a regular traffic stop.

How come the LSPDFR plugin chrashes all the time?

Give a clear, detailed description of the problem.
Explain any circumstances surrounding the problem.

State which version of the game you're using (Steam or Retail)

Include as much information as possible.
Post your system specifications. You need to meet the required system specifications for the mod to work properly.
Post what other mods you are using.
Post a screenshot of your GTA V Game directory.
