So If I've destroyed my current police car, or if I've died and respawned; how do I access a new police car? I can't see any car around the police station at Trevors location, out in the desert. Can't you spawn one by yourself? I wouldn't like to go into the character creation everytime my car is broken. 

Open the RAGE Plugin Hook console, and type "Spawn ", with the space after. Once you've done this, there will be a list of models. Type in police, use the arrow keys to select the model you want, press tab to auto complete the model name, and press enter.

You can Repair It By writing (repair)

but when I try to press F4 in-game, no console actually shows up. This occurs both off-duty and on-duty. I don't see anything :( 

in your RagePluginHook.ini Add 

ConsoleKey=F4

if your console isn't showing up, go to your game directory and find RagePluginHook.ini , and click on it, make sure this is in it
