Not sure if this is 100% correct.  If you download 0.2b  It automatically tries to change Ragehook to 0.20   They will work fine together.  However, if you install LSPDFR 0.2b  and then install the latest Ragehook over writing the smaller 0.20 one with the 0.22  it will load the game fine, but it will not allow you to play LSPDFR at all.  In other words you can see the police stations but you do not get the option to press "E".   So on my end I would say that they need to update LSPDFR 0.2b to match the new Ragehook.  Especially since several mods are fixing their plugins to match the 0.22 RPH, so essentially we are not able to even play the game with the latest Plugins now.  Some of the Plugins are working fine, but take for example one of my favorite one "More Jail Points and Prisoner Transport"  The very latest supports RPH 0.22  but LSPDFR 0.2b does not support it so you can't play with it.  

TLDR:  The mods of LSPDFR need to make their mod compatible with latest Ragehook that came out Saturday.

I said that LSPDFR Is Compatible Not Supported By Latest RPH Because I knew That LSPDFR will work for some Members and the other members no on the latest version of RPH (By LukeD) And....

And About Mods 

I think That not all the mods will be compatible with Latest Version of RPH
