Sound Card not detected

I know this sin't a lcpdfr issue but there is no other website that is viewed that I can post on. Anyway when i launch gta eflc it says gta iv requires a sound card to run. It used to work fine for me on windows 7. I upgraded to windows 10 last weekend. It was working fine but know, a week later, it no work no mo'. Plz help as this is really annoying

Search in the Start Menu (Or Windows 10 equivalent) for Device Manager and find Sound, there may be a issue between your sound card.

I have tried this and checked driver software. I am using AMD to the person who asked. I appreciate your support
