I have personally never encountered a car pack that included and advanced hook file, but the fact that they did means that they have changed something from the initial one from LCPDFR, or it may not be the same one at all. To me it looks like (after reading that giant log) your issues all tend to be car related. I would say try switching out your cars, and replace the advancehook with the one from LCPDFR.
Also, what are you trying to do when the game crashes?
