I'm not sure if you go to NY straight away when choosing the peds/car.. but you can bring up your RPH console (pressing F4) and there should be a command (i don't remember the exact command) that should let you go to North Yankton.. i believe the command is VisitNorthYankton? I'm not entirely sure on that.

No, i don't believe no cars spawn in North Yankton.. Rockstar never really intended it to be accessed beyond the prologue. However if you use this mod, you can travel to North Yankton at any time you want via the airport and traffic will spawn - https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/travel-to-north-yankton

    No, i don't believe no cars spawn in North Yankton.. Rockstar never really intended it to be accessed beyond the prologue. However if you use this mod, you can travel to North Yankton at any time you want via the airport and traffic will spawn - https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/travel-to-north-yankton

    I tested with Native Trailer, really the cars are not spawned, i tried now this mod, spawned a North Yankton police cars and its really awesome, thanks for giving this link and helping

    No problem, always happy to help. Just don't save in North Yankton and don't travel there via missions (as it states on the mods download page)
