Hi everyone , as above stated , how do i make a car that i wanted from scratch for gta 4 . what is the thing that i needed or

what software or hardware that i need ,

Can i do it with 3dsmax ???

www.zmodeler2.com has some documentation and tutorials. You can also try searching through YouTube videos.
