YES. ok so some one told me to put my police radio into plugins the lspdfr but when i do that it crashes my game

i am sorry but i have been trying to get this working for like 3 days

also for got to say when i just put it in my plugins and try to load it in i get that error i posted

The installation of Police Radio has recently changed so it must go into plugins/LSPDFR (where your callouts go)

1.)  Go download the very latest version then install it.

2.)  Then go through your plugins folder and remove anything that says policeradio.dll or policeradio.ini

You do not need to add it to your startup.rhps file anymore. Make sure you remove the entry in that file if you have it.

Read every single readme docs that come with mods and be very careful when installing.
