1.0b I am downloading the new version now and going to retry didn't notice the different version will report back.

Well according to your log file you're running 0.95

before installing, remove any LCPDFR related files then install the new version (which is 1.1)  

Ok here is the new log file on the new version. What folder do I install this in to I have 2 folders on is GTA IV and the other is Grand Theft Auto IV Episodes from Liberty City

download the manual version of LCPDFR 1.1, take out AdvamcedHook.dll and drop it into your directory, by the looks of it, you're missing it. 

EDIT: Install it into the folder you want to play LCPDFR on, if you're playing GTA IV then leave EFLC alone.

You are running the game as Administrator i presume? Also make sure these are installed:

New log file I installed the x86 most of those my pc told they are installed.

it's still showing an error with AdvancedHook.dll. go into your directory, right click on the file and see if it's blocked. if it's blocked then unblock it.

It appears all the files are blocked -_-

 

Then, unblock them. Windows has a habit of leaving files unblocked. I should've asked if they were blocked to begin with. unblock all of them then see if it fixes the issue.

Can you upload a screenshot of your directory? your log is still throwing out the same error, so a screenshot will help =)

Please remove FirstResponse.net.dll from your scripts folder.
It may be that 0.95 was made to use a older version of AdvancedHook.

I deleted that file and I uploaded my directory
