The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I haven't been able to launch the console using F4 and have seen that I should go into my .ini file and make sure the key is set to F4, but I don't have a RagePluginHook.ini file. I downloaded the mod right from this site so it should have been included right? Is there anywhere I can get the file?

Create it and inside of it put this:

AlwaysShowConsoleOutput=False
IsDeveloperModeEnabled=False
WarnOnPluginLoad=false
ShowOnScreenWarnings=True

Make sure when saving it you change the saving from Text Document to All Files and put .ini at the end.

The.ini is now in the folder but I can't get the mod to launch in game now. So is it a rageplugin problem now and I should go to their forums?

Which files are the logs? Because I don't see anything with "log" in it.
