Below this text is the reason i started this thread, after countless hours of searching for a solution this is what i did:

1.unblock every file in LSPDFR 

2. Change RagePluginHook.ini file in GTA V directory

Copy paste this into yours. (delete all you have written in it)

IsDeveloperModeEnabled=True
PluginTimeoutThreshold=600000
ConsoleKey=F4
AlwaysShowConsoleOutput=False
IsDeveloperModeEnabled=False
WarnOnPluginLoad=false
ShowOnScreenWarnings=True

OPS: I dunno if this will help you, but i did this drove around ingame playing LSPDFR for around 1 hour without using E and Shift. Then i pressed Shift and it worked.. Dunno why. It's worth a shot. PM Me if you need further help, maybe i can help you out.

So, i'v just installed all the mods again for LSPDFR. But whenever i try to check number plates with LSPD Menue (N) or The radio mod "PoliceRadio" The game crashes to desktop and gives me a Hook Message:

Are you Right Clicking on RagePluginHook.exe and running as Administer?  If not do so,  that is an administrative issue in your log  "KERNELBASE.dll"

Yes mate, Running as administrator and launching as it. Still no change, always done that. Got windows 10 also, maybe that fucks things up?

Windows 10 may doesn't support Rage Plugin Hook sometimes so try to downgrade to Windows 7/8/8.1  64bit

The RPH does support Windows 10 as far as I know. 

Well i just re downloaded the whole GTA V file, reinstalled the game and teste ONLY LSPDFR MOD - Blipped a vehicle and the game crashed. Same Error Message :(

I.. I have no words anymore, help please? 

It is now also Crashing sometimes on Launch of the game. Giving the same error and hook message..I don't get this at all :(

I tried this.. THIS IS THE PROBLEM. - But yeah i tried to remove the thing i all the files  no change.

 

Alright, I'v tried this too, from the Youtube video. I reinstalled again or took out my backup.. clean file. added LSPDFR and Unchecked all the securety. The damn RAGEhook Forum is not a forum anymore, the website is gone wich is weird. 

 

I'v tried for 9 hours now, i need sleep..fuck this i give up! :( :( :( 

Game worked for 10 minutes, then i pressed E in the cop car to check the license plate thing on the cop computer and the game crashed. Trainers and all other mods work perfectly, but not LSPDFR

Hi Patrick, thanks for trying to help me.

But no not really, this is not the problem.  The problem is that whenever i active the LSPDFR Mod my game crashes and gives me a error.  If i press E or shift to blipp og check numberplates, the game crashes instantly. I will remake this topic here so its more easy to understand what the problem really is.

Well, it says to unblock all the files wich i have done. I'm gonna try run in compatible Windows 8 - Ragehook.exe now and see if that fixes the problem. 

I wish there was a list of which dlls and files that needs unblocking. because there ALOT of files in there that maybe needs to be unblocked.

Mmmmmm.....So Try To reinstall the game nad Unblock files and copy it into root folder and report the results

Just did this, The files i'm Working on now is Clean without mods. did it just a few hours ago. I unblocked all the files before adding them into the Game directory. 

1. GTA V - 1.0.393.4

2. Rage Hook  0.20.641.4077

3.Net FrameWork 4.5  - Comes with Windows10, tried to install but it says my windows version includes this. 

so try to reinstall the game

As i said friend, I just did that like.. Some hours ago. All i added was LSPDFR with the unblocked files.
