So Apparently I need to download SparkIV to add new police cruiser skins. Well, when I go to download SparkIV and run the program, it says, SparkIV has stopped working. No matter which one I choose it keeps saying it's not working. Has anyone had this trouble and figured out a way to fix it?

Also, I was told that you can have scenarios by using SNT, but do you need to download it first somewhere else? I haven't found much on what to do with scenarios.

You can spawn cones, police barriers, cars, rubble and pretty much anything with SNT.

Try OpenIV, its much more stable that Spark imo.

Well I wasn't but I just tried and the same thing happened.

Yes that would have been created by spawning each object then moving them around to the desired location and then driving vehicles into them.

Then they would have teleported away and just drove to the scene.
