The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So in LCPDFR 0.2A They added the update where if you use the stung gun on someone who is running, they would be easier to arrest. But i have ran into this bug where i would use the stun gun, and they would just stand still, and not move. Is there a fix to this? Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks.

Yea I'm also having this problem. I usually just end up putting a bullet to their head after a couple of minutes of frustration hahah
