Hey i play LCPD First Response 0.95 on cracked version of Gta 4.Because of compatibility i had to install ELS V5 instead of ELS V8 and whenever i turn on the lights the car fixes itself so can anybody help me.

Well, for starters nobody is going to help you because you're running an illegal copy of GTA 4, We (the community and staff) do not support people who torrent/illegally download the game. Support the developers and buy Grand Theft Auto IV, you can pick it up for cheap at a retail store or on Steam.
