Is this everyone, or just me? Can it be fixed very soon? Is it serious?

It's just another update. Of course they'll patch RH and SH. It's not some medical disease, how can it be "serious"?

Update seems to bring better performance from the last update which caused users in-game lag and stuttering.

I'm afraid it's true, but please remember to back up your game files like gta5.exe gtalauncher.exe, dinput8.dll update.rpf and other important files, whenever the game is working, so when these situations occur, you can still play without having to wait

It's important to remember that this will happen with every update for GTA 5. It isn't new - this happened with GTA 4 as well, except there were MUCH less patches for it.

Every updates breaks the hooks. It takes between 24-48h before they are updated :)

I'll stay on 372 as long as the performances are not 100% restored :)
