If something happens to your vehicle and you are far away from a police station, I think there should be a way to get escorted there. This feature could also be used on criminals when you are far away from your own car.

And why do you always have $0, even when picking up money? Maybe the money you pick up (and maybe earn from completing callouts in the future) could be used on a police partner, to upgrade your weapon or something.

Too worried about the money, I wanted to buy a soda at the store, but failed. I generally in career dreams . first you just traffic warden and write parking tickets thus you earn points that LSPDFR carefully preserves . As long as you're just a traffic warden, one car is available to you , and not a great set of weapons (not fatal ) . Then you get a new rank , new callouts, cars and opportunities. It was not just modification , but the whole story line x) I wonder how difficult it is to implement ...

The reason why money doesn't work is that the player characters have special variables to keep track of your money. When you use a character without that special variable, money does nothing and so it always displays as zero.

For the car thing, you can just spawn a new one trough a trainer or the RAGE console.

The career thing has been suggested before, but won't happen due to various reasons.

For the car thing, you can just spawn a new one trough a trainer or the RAGE console.

That's what I do. I use the trainer to spawn a new car, but it breaks the immersion.

I suggest looking into way (unless that was done before and failed or will never work due to hard technical restrictions) to "unlock" money for our cop characters.

 

Not just soda or stuff for the store.

Been LSSD'ing around (that sounds weird) and parked my car at the what's it called tram station going up the mountain. Man, I should've made a selfie of that sad face when it basically told me "It costs 10 bucks to ride the tram... (so get the hell out you poor bum!)"

If adding / keeping track of money won't work we (well, you aka devs or anyone else tech savvy enough) could think about disabling money requirement for some things. If not stores, then perhaps making trams and whatnot available?

 

And hey, if none of that works, then it is what it is. 1st world problems so to speak, in comparison to the rest.
