I was near Grove Street on a traffic stop, so I called in a unit on Code 2 and as soon as they arrived they exited with their guns out and started shooting members of the Ballas. Is this a a work in progress or? 

I also notice that it happenes everytime I call for backup, and after installing LSPDFR there's fights in the streets literally every third minute, and this only happenes in the area of South LS(gang areas).

I'll provide a video below. My suggestion is to make it so that the police don't shoot the gang members on sight, but only shoot them if the gang members pull out a gun or something.
