I understand that the LCPDFR/LSPDFR community had or maybe still have a FCRP samp server, is it still active?

No, FCRP ended a couple years ago I think.  We may work on a newer version at some point but not anytime soon at least.

That's something that donations were used for in the past, as FCRP always operated at a loss. :)

FCRP ended a couple years ago, i used to play on that server everyday. loved it, it was great fun. Shame it close down though. hopefully it'll return one day =)

Possibly the single-greatest San Andreas Multiplayer ever? It was the only one where people actually role-played at least.
