Someone should make a mod where you can radio in for backup in a traffic stop, like get additional units and stuff.

When you call them in they get in a position behind your car in the traffic stop, and just waits patiently.

Usually when I have to pull someone over for warrants or hit-and-run I always have a check-in come in on code 3 in game for my backup, I see where you're going with this though.

Yeah, but most of the times the units that you call in just get out of their vehicle, scout the area and then leave again, right? Someone needs to make it so that they actually hang out for the immersion. :P

But if you're making an arrest, always good to have another set of eyes if the subject is not being compliant, sorry no body cam peds :P

If someone can actually make a mod like that, then why the hell not. :)

I think the problem is that the AI would just slam into the back of you :P

Hopefully there could be a workaround on this problem? 

Use FinKones Police Radio mod - in an upcoming patch to the mod you will be able to call a K-9 drugs dog and a back-up car....

Until those features get implimented, just call in a local unit code 2 using LSPDFR.
