Hey guys,

Correct me if I am wrong but say I am in my car, I roll up on a suspicious suspect.  I get out and hold E, of course its kinda more like a Yell "GET ON THE GROUND" but anyways,  they hand me the ID and W T F do I actually say?  It sounds like I am speaking "The Sims" I can't make out what my character even says to them after they hand the ID to me.  So anyways,  I see the ID on screen,  I head back to my squad car so I can hurry and type in E so I can pull them up on the Police computer,  then by the time I get half way through the name, the name is off my screen.  It doesn't store it on the screen longer than say 10 seconds tops.  I guess I need to plan it better and park right next to the suspect, but it would be nice to have a recall feature to look at the ID in my hand again so I don't have to get back out and ask for the ID yet again and RUN to my car.

I completely agree, this has been happening alot recently, it's pretty annoying aswell, but do keep in mind that this is G17 Media's first release with a police computer, and ID checking system, I'm sure it will be improved in the future.

We introduced the radio system for a reason.  There's no need to go to your car's computer to check IDs.

And, the system we use is fully native to the game.  If you go to the pause menu you can bring up the 'brief', showing the latest notifications.

I think if you press tab it will put in the name on the screen. I could be wrong
