The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I downloaded .02 yesterday, worked AWESOME for about an hour. I came back today, launch it and everything works fine but no police stations on map, it appears LSPDFR has not loaded. Trainer works fine still just no lspdfr. Not sure what info I can give to help resolve this. On a side note, I would get a GTA V crash every single time I had fraps opened. Works fine on story mode and online but when trying to launch with Ragehook it crashes the game. Shut fraps down and it worked fine.
