Hello, I'm running LSPDFR 0.2 and the new update, when you walk up to a ped and you can ask them for their ID and such, that doesn't pop up in the top left corner or I press right on the D-Pad and nothing happens. I can arrest them and all, but that's about it.

What am I doing wrong?

Stop & Identify

LSPDFR now supports basic stop and identify, allowing you to stop and deal with nearby pedestrians.

 

• Accessed by pressing and holding E (by default) while on foot.
• Nearby pedestrians will stop and turn to face you.
• Approach a stopped pedestrian and follow in-game prompts for further interaction.

This doesn't work, Stop & Identify doesn't work on any peds

Same thing happens for me.  Haven't once gotten information on anyone outside a car.

It worked for me once in sandy shores, just on a random stayed put ped.

Odd. Works perfectly fine for me. The only problem I've ever had with the mod is the police computer not locking other keybinds from being used, but that was just forgotten about.

You need to hold down E or right on the D-pad first. Your player will say something and everyone in the area will stop and look at you. Then you can approach any of the people who stopped and interact with E or right D-pad again.

I know that. I do that and he doesn't interact with me

Confirmed, sometimes, it doesn't work.

Most of the time in 1st.

I just tried this now im in 3rd person I hold right on the D-Pad for about 10 seconds and then I let go of it and then it alows me to interact with the user.
