The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Thanks for this thread. Could you update this with the equivalent gamepad (Xbox 360 or Xbox One) controls?

Gamepad controls will be listed soon, but not sure exactly when. Admins have told me this post won't be pinned, so it might not be viewed as often (which doesn't give much potential to work further)
