I have tried everything mentioned here but I'm still not able to run peoples names or vehicle plates. The computer works but no name shows up. At least my game only crashed once so far.  

You probably have phone notifications turned off.

The error is perhaps suggesting that there is trouble converting your game's time (the clock ingame, on your ingame phone, etc.) to a real world time.  It could be that the conversion is being passed things in the wrong order, like 2012 as the day instead of the year.  I would recommend starting a new game and seeing if it works then.  Unfortunately, if this is the case, the conversion is done by the RAGE Plugin Hook, so it might not be a bug that we can fix.

Indeed, it might not necessarily be a 'bug' at all and could be caused by other modifications setting the time wrongly.

Let me know the results.

I fixed mine. My problem was the fact I used a friends save file beacsue I didnt want to get 100% again for the 5th time. I also just made sure my game was vanilla, but I think the problem was the save file. BTW, loving the update.

I am having the same issue where LSPDFR crashed when I either hit E or Left Bumper. I changed my siren toggle key from E to G so at least I wasn't having issues with conflicting keys. I removed LSPDFR and then redownloaded and reinstalled. That is the only thing I have in there plus ScriptHook V. Here is my Rage Plugin Hook Log.

my game is not crashing when i press E, but deactivating the sirens, that sucks. is there something where i can change the bindings in LSPDFR?

 

EDIT: lmao.. just changed the key in GTA V's options. smh.

Did you change the DAY? Not the time, but the day. You need to change it with a trainer (I used Enhanced Native Trainer) and make time go forward (use the Forward Day button) until the month is not 00.

No changing the day didn't work. The only thing amazingly that worked was that I downloaded a completed 100% savegame file which DID work... Interestingly enough I then couldn't use the latest RAGE because the nativetrainer/scripthookv was not showing so had to revert to the version prior to today's release.
