Trainer crashing GTA IV

Featured Replies

When I installed my trainer, it worked fine - I then edited it and worked fine (no change in mods or anything), but now crashes the game- I removed it and the game works fine. When I swap the edited trainer (keys mapped) with a fresh one, it still crashes. I've replaced the existing advanced/script hook and looked for solutions but none work. This includes unblocking the DLL's, checking the logs (LCPDFR is NOT installed) which show no issue relating to anything.

It really is strange - please help me. Thank you!

i had the same thing happen once but i had to end up doing a re-install. i cant explain why the trainer messes up the game. what i would do is remove the trainer completely then run CC cleaner to clear out the registry to remove all traces of the old trainer. when ya re install the it, put only the trainer.ini and trainer.asi file into your game. if that doesn't work get back to us and we'll see what else could be going on.
