Vehicle Modeling in GTA V IS POSSIBLE! It really just takes time. I'm currently working on a project on making a 2014 LAFD KME Pumper, a 2014 Dodge Ram 3500 Ambulance, and a Battalion Chiefs vehicle.

    As far as I know, while it is not possible to add models to the game. You can still be modeled in Blender and wait for the import capabilities.
