The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I get this error "see attached picture" every time i  run RagePluginHook. I already have script hook v installed and its the latest version any help?

Rockstar have released the latest title update for GTA V, which does not currently support script modifications. All versions of LSPDFR will not work with this update.

so do we  just have to wait for the scripthook update then?

We have to wait for the update scripthook or to do a downgrade of the game.
 

How do i downgrade the game?

You'll need the "downgraded" game files for that. A bit of Googling should help you. We can't allow uploading of copyrighted Rockstar content on LCPDFR.com sadly, so you can't get it from us.
