I downloaded the .2 installed started ragehook get to loading screen in GTA and its been like thats for 15 mins now...wtf? any help I was playing .1 two hours ago and it was fine....

Everytime I try to run gta 4 on steam, I put in my email and password on social club press play wait a couple of seconds and I get a error now idk what the trouble is if maybe its from the ELS v7 that i just downloaded? or the new lcpdfr 1.0? the errors read as follows; SecuLauncher: Failed to start application. [2000]. Any help would be much appreciated. :) Thanks, Nick.
