The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I haven't played GTA Online for about 2 months... way before I had LSPDFR installed.

Thanks I was about to ask how to not play online even with story mode when we're always connected to social club anyway, it'd take a lot of disk space but this might work.
But I'll wait until the 17th they said the flag should be removed, because now i'm afraid to even play online with GTA V -_-
