What can i do to fix this?

hello :) this really isn't alot to work with but i've been looking around the internet to see if i can help. are you using any other mods with this game? does your GTA IV work without LCPDFR installed? if so how long can you play the mod before it crashes?

Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - These patches are needed.
Make sure that you run the game as an administrator.
Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only"
Ensure that AdvancedHook.dll, ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder
Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder.
Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation.
Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself.

Godammit, I was just about to post that! Yay! You added AdvancedHook!

Missing AdvancedHook.dll if its in the folder would mean that you are missing the correct VS redist.

I have no other mods, i bought gta4 so its not cracked, i look around on here for info about "error in script LCPDFR loader.loader", couldn't find anything. Everything is up to date. I got the first thing from ScriptHookDotNet (Top) and the second one from LCPDFR file (Bottom)

They both say something about could not load file assembly 'AdvancedHook.dll' and that it could not be found.

I get an error message once i spawn in the game, it says "error in script LCPDFR Loader.loader" I have tryed to uninstall LCPDFR and re install it but the same error message comes up once i spawn in. I looked around on here and found some stuff and tryed it to see if it would work, nope didn't work. GTA IV works fine before i install LCPDFR and works fine after i install LCPDFR, but after it is installed i get the error message. I have no other mods installed because i tryed to install ELS v8 and it doesn't work at all so i deleted it.

im still getting the same error message, i tryed everythig.

I watched this video on youtube ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r39Ob9vNXIs ) and did everything this kid did and how he did it and still got that message "error in script LCPDFR Loader.loader". None of this is making sense.
