Callout Issues

Featured Replies

I am currently not getting any callouts. I have all the latest everything (just downloaded and installed today).

Everything seems to work fine except callouts. If I try to force one with the "X" key, the following shows up in my RageHook log:

Thanks in advance for any help!

I haven't seen this issue yet, but when my callouts were crashing the plugin, I reinstalled using the rage hook that came with 0.1E. that seemed to fix everything. Although it says to "make sure you upgrade to the latest rage hook" i find, this causes issues at this time.

Sorry for the late reply, I was away all weekend with family for the holiday.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll try it out and see what happens.

Edit: Hmm, turns out I am using the version that came with 0.1e...

Hmm. That's an odd error. are you loading lspdfr from rage hook or the startup file?

I have tried both methods. I have tried loading from different save files (I remember it creating problems if the game was saved while the mod was active in LCPDFR), I have disabled all other mods (which are only a few scripts anyway, like Police Radio, Searchlight, SpeedRadar, and Simple Trainer), and I have triple-checked the version of everything involved (RageHook, ScriptHookV, etc).

I really wish I could help better but im sort of at a loss. Have you tried redownloading 0.1e, and replacing all the files in your game folder by dragging them over and hitting replace all?  That theoretically would be "reinstalling" lspdfr. If that doesnt work, I hope someone else pops in to have a word.

The good thing to look forward too is 0.2 will be out really soon and hopefully it will fix all issues plus more.

Yeah, "reinstalling" did not work. I'm not too worried about it. This is beta, and everything else has been working perfectly. I have just been finding my own trouble to get into instead of being dispatched :)

Use something like CCleaner to clear your cache,  then try reinstalling again. I'm just spitballing and this isn't a guaranteed fix, but it miiight just work.

but idk

Mods are not going to function at all until new scripthook and rage plugin are implemented to work with the new GTAV update.  If your GTAV updated this morning, then mods simply will not work properly until these things are updated.

AuntJemima: What cache are you talking about? I'm an IT Engineer and this makes no sense to me. There is no "cache" that CCleaner would touch that would affect this game or mods...

drdetroit: All of my testing was done pre-update. I have not had time to play since the latest patch came out. Hopefully this will all be moot tomorrow with the new LSPDFR release and new RageHook.

Thanks all for the ideas.
