The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Ever since I installed a Breathalyzer script and a Trainer.NET script, back up would NOT respond. Any Help with this, Is it Scripthook V or Scripthook V.NET? Or could it be a plugin? any fixes?

Only Helicopters respond, the back up vehicles just sit in place.

One or more of your mods could be in place of a hotkey or you may have installed one or mods incorrectly. Make sure you have the latest Scripthook version installed correctly. Lastly, make sure you have all necessary downloads (e.x redistributional packages) to play LSPDFR.
