The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I know what the button is to fetch up the backup menu but once it is up, what do I press to call that particular option?

The arrow keys on the keyboard to cycle through, the "enter" key to request it.

A on an Xbox controller, on other controllers it's the bottom button to make the request. The backup menu stays open though, so after requesting some backup you might need to manually close the backup window.

To close the backup window, you can simply press the same button you opened it with.
