So I load up rage plugin hook, go into grand theft auto 5 story mode. I open the console and it says "LSPD First Response.dll" not found so how am I supposed to play LSPDFR If it doesn't even have LSPDFR?

Did you download LSPDFR or just RagePluginHook?

Both, i forgot to say right as I put new plugins for LSPDFR  and changed the startup.rphs to start another plugin, it just started doing what I said above.

Is the LSPDFR dll still there or did you delete it? Did you accidental modify the startup to not include the correct dll info?

I'd start with the vanilla startup copied from the LSPDFR download and if that works fine, add your startup lines for your mods.

I found the problem, I accidently deleted the dll, i put the lspdfr file in plugins, now the mod itself works but other plugins don't.
