so when i try to pull over a car , it says : ' wait for the vehicle to pull over, to cancel press shift again 

so i wait for the car to pull over , it pulls over and nothing happens after that. it just stands there and normally i should be able to walk up the the drivers side but when i leave the car it says i stepped out of the vehicle.

someone pls help me.

If i remember correctly you should get 2 messages when you pull over a vehicle: First is the ''wait for vehicle to pull over'' and second one is ''park behind the vehicle to continue'' or something like that. You should park on a specific spot behind that vehicle in order to get the 2nd message. If you don't get that message, you're not in the right spot.

well , i get the first message and i park like right behind the vehicle. Then nothing more happens , not even a second message

 

looks like no one is going to help me further :/

Have you tried moving the car closer or further away?

yes i have sir , not a single message pops up . even tried with sirens and all on , still wont work.

i sometimes get this error , but dont know if it has to do anything with the pull over problem.

 

That just shows that you've crashed.

Please do the following before asking for support

• Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks or people using pirated software

• Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - These patches are needed.  

• Make sure that you run the game as an administrator.

• Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only"

• Ensure that AdvancedHook.dll, ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder

• Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder.

• Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation.

• Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself.

hello :) so from what i am hearing this problem has just started happening? were you able to pull people over successfully before? did you add any new callout scripts? does your game run normally other than the pull-over issue?

yes i could pull over cars succesfully before , singleplayer runs normall aswell , except for the liveless file. i haven't added any new scripts just some new cars via spark IV

 

Does it work when you use dsound.dll instead of xliveless?

nope , then i get the securom error

 

hmmm, you stated above that you have installed car mods, try reverting them back to default.

then els wont work on vanilla cars .... and i already tried that mate , no succes
