The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Anybody release new sirens for GTA 5 and I got openiv but I cant find where to change the sirens!

There are plenty of them in the downloads section, furthermore if you have one you donwloaded and used with iv it will work as well. To install you go to x64>audio>sfx>RESIDENT.rpf>. you simply click edit mode and drag the .oac file you get from downloading a siren. If you want to use one you have from IV you extract the vehicles.awc and take the siren files you have and drag them into the vehicles folder that is extracted and then place the .oac file in.
