The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I read in one of Sam's posts that it is not possible for the interior of the police station featured in the GTA Online Prison Break heist to load outside of online. I was just playing the game and the interior loads fine for me and is enterable.

 

Am I missing something?

    Ok, I'll check again. I'm pretty sure I got into the back room. Even without the back room, spawning in the station is good enough.
