Ok...so now, every time I get involved in a chase...alll the non playable characters around the stop go mental, panicing and running into everything!

Yeah, when I'm on the highway during a pursuit, a lot of AI's cross over from the other side of the road and almost hit me; a lot of the time I do T-bone them accidentally.

That's the V's AI. If I remember right Sam said in a similar topic that they're doing something about it. The biggest pain in the ass for me is when I pull my gun to arrest someone.. And suddenly all the drivers hit the gas and usually run me over or damage my car or kill my perp. 

Has anyone else had issues with ai's rear ending one another while at red lights? I'm not sure if it's some mods I installed that messed it but it seems like when Im sitting on the side of the highway watching for speeders cars will randomly start getting into big pile ups for no reason at all and anytime I actually stop at a red light I end up getting rear ended by a line of ai drivers rear ending each other

I have encountered this issue last night myself where I ended up in a T-Bone accident while chasing a suspect in downtown Los Santos. I've also experienced incidents where traffic -sometimes, not all the time- will go nuts as soon as I pull my gun out to arrest a suspect and starts running everyone over. I have also seen police AI go mental and start shooting everyone if an AI driver happens to damage a police officer while trying to drive away from the scene of a crime.

My AI go crazy as well the also back up into my police car after speaking to them in a traffic stop sometimes they hit sometimes they dont

Am I the only one here who noticed that running the game with the hook makes the peds more crazy than in the stock game for some weird sort of reason?
