Ok so im still having lots of trouble modding and i need some qoute "MAJOR COMMUNITY HELP" i need to know how to put the latest gta4 patch which is a rar. file when done being downloaded in the game and how do i do it what file do i put it in. where do i put it in my gta 4 root file

can anyone help?

You don't put it anywhere. Extract all files from the RAR file using 7zip or Winrar. Then run it as a admin and install like a program.
